Reservation rental policies

SUMMER SEASON RENTALS:

Please note: All Condotels' oceanfront/oceanview condominiums require weekly stays only from the beginning of June until the end of August with arrival on Saturday. For Sunday arrivals or any other length of stay during this time period, please phone us toll free at 800-777-0846.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

For your convenience, our office is open from 9 AM to 6 PM Mon-Fri and 9 AM to 6 PM Sat & Sun.

CHECK-IN:

4 PM or later at our reception center located at 600 Garden City Connector, Garden City Beach, SC. For arrivals after office hours, please phone 877-777-0846 for instructions.

CHECK-OUT:

11 AM or earlier. Please note an additional charge will be added for late check-outs.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please note the unit in which you will be staying is privately owned and will be inventoried prior to your arrival. There can be no additions to existing equipment or furnishings. The unit is decorated and equipped to satisfy the particular tastes and desires of the Owner. Each unit will be equipped with an in-room safe for your convenience and all the basic needs for a pleasant vacation. Specific units cannot be guaranteed. However, Condotels will make every effort to fill any special requests for a particular unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES.

Family or golfing groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. Condotels reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if in Condotel's opinion the tenant is detrimental to the property.

Campers, motor homes, trailers and buses are not allowed to be hooked up, parked on or used on any rental property.

Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings. No fireworks of any kind are allowed on any Condotel's rental property.

  • 2 Bedroom - 6 People
  • 3 Bedroom - 8 People
MAXIMUM PARKING PASSES:
  • 1 Bedrooms - 1 Parking Pass per condo
  • 2 & 3 Bedrooms - 2 Parking Passesper condo
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:

Vacation Reservations made 30 days or more prior to arrival require a deposit of half of the total balance due, reservations made within 30 days of arrival require balance to be paid in full. 

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date, you will  receive a refund of your deposit minus the non-refundable $35 reservation fee.  If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to your arrival date (15 to 29 days in advance), you will receive a refund of half of your rental fee minus the non-refundable $35 reservation fee.  If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.  All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 877-777-0846).  You cannot cancel a reservation online.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

For crib, high chair, car seat or roll-a-way rentals, call Baby's Away toll free at 866-411-5859.

For our summer guests staying oceanfront, local lifeguard stations rent umbrellas and beach chairs. All you'll need to bring are your beach towels!

All Condotels guests will receive a "Condotels Key Club" key ring for use during your stay upon check-in. This will entitle you to "freebies" or discounts at area restaurants, attractions and businesses!

Condotels offers you great value and takes care of you like no other! Upon entering your condominium, you will find fresh linens on the beds, towels/wash cloths in the bath(s) along with supplies listed below. We are the only rental company in our area to provide all of the following at no extra charge!

  • Sheets, pillowcases, blankets
  • 3 Towels, 2 Wash cloths and 1 Bath Mat per bath
  • Facial/bath tissue
  • Bath soaps
  • Cascade/dishwashing liquid
  • Brillo pads
  • Kitchen towel set
  • Starter coffee kit
  • Trash bags
  • Departure Cleaning

During high occupancy periods a minimum stay may be required. One night's deposit is required for advance reservations.

Privacy Policy

We limit access to personal information about our guests to employees who need to come into contact with that information to provide services to our guests and who must have access to do their jobs.

Personal information gathered by Condotels will not be sold, released or other wise distributed with out permission of the guest.
